The company

We are a PE-owned company led by an entrepreneurial management team that values ownership, speed, and hands-on execution. We are growing through organic initiatives and building a strong market position in our space.

We are looking for an outstanding intern or working student to work directly with the management team on projects that shape our next growth phase. Based on performance, there are prospects for a full-time role with us or within the investor's portfolio.

Your role

You will work on projects across strategy, commercial growth, and operations:

Strategy & operations

  • Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen strategic priorities
  • Support the management team with board and investor materials, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Analyze financials and business performance to identify improvement levers
  • Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives

Sales

  • Shape our sales strategy: define the ideal customer profile (ICP), segment target markets, and develop outreach strategies and messaging by segment
  • Support sales initiatives: pipeline analysis, lead generation, pricing, and go-to-market planning
  • Analyze customer and market data to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare sales materials, offers, and customer presentations
  • Conduct sales outreach and maintain the sales pipeline in our CRM

Marketing, SEO/GEO & brand

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including content strategy and campaigns
  • Drive SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) to improve visibility in search engines and AI-driven search
  • Contribute to branding, positioning, and messaging
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and channel results

Automation & AI

  • Identify and automate manual processes in sales, marketing, and reporting using AI tools and workflow automation
  • Build and test AI-supported workflows, such as lead research, outreach personalization, content production, and reporting
  • Evaluate new AI tools and roll out the ones that deliver measurable efficiency gains

Entrepreneurial projects

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects arising from the business, with real responsibility and visibility

Your profile

  • Outstanding written and spoken English and German
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic results
  • First experience in sales, marketing/growth, consulting, corporate finance, or an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SEO tools, analytics, or CRM systems is a plus
  • Interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, think like an owner, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to learn, and able to move from idea to execution on your own
  • Analytical and structured, with a good feel for both numbers and brand and market dynamics
  • Communicative and confident when working with the management team and external partners

What we offer

  • Direct exposure to the management team and a seat at the table in relevant meetings, with colleagues, investors, and external partners
  • Hands-on experience across strategy, sales, marketing, brand building, and AI-driven automation
  • Real ownership of projects from day one, with room to try things, make decisions, and see the results
  • A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with short decision paths
  • Regular development conversations with the management team
  • Strong prospects for a full-time position with us or within the investor's portfolio for high performers
  • Flexible location: DACH region or hybrid
