We are looking for a master working student to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative processes of our funded projects. In this role, you will help coordinate consortium activities, maintain structured project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between teams and external partners. With a high degree of independence, resilience, and a hands-on "learning by doing" attitude, you'll play a key role in keeping our complex project structures organized and on track.
Tasks
- Task & Project Tracking: Utilize Jira to track project deliverables, consortium milestones, and daily operational tasks.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain, organize, and update project documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting guidelines using Confluence.
- Administrative Support: Manage collaborative documents, file archiving, timesheets, and daily communications using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Meeting Coordination: Support the organization of project consortium meetings, workshops, or reviews, including drafting agendas and taking detailed minutes.

Qualifications
- Enrollment Status: Currently enrolled as a full-time master student (ideally in Business Administration, Public Policy, Project Management, European Studies, Economics, or a related field).
- Work Availability: Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester (flexible schedule during exam phases).
- Mindset & Work Style: High degree of resilience and independence/self-reliance, paired with a strong "learning by doing" attitude to quickly adapt to complex project structures.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail - vital for handling strict compliance rules, deadlines, and project guidelines.
- Communication & Languages: Excellent English skills are a must; basic or conversational German knowledge is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable working daily within our core operational toolstack (Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence).
