The business unit Institutional & Cross Asset Structuring is part of Institutional Distribution Solution and combines the structuring expertise for institutional clients of UniCredit Client Solutions Client Risk Management & Treasury across various asset classes.

We structure tailor-made products for our institutional clients in FX, equities, fixed income and credit. The Repackaging & Collateralized Financing Structuring team is based in Munich, Milan, and London. It deals with repackaging transactions delivering a desired cash flow to investors either via off-balance sheet means like special purpose vehicles, securitization funds or various on-balance sheet solutions such as Reference Asset Linked Notes/Certificates. Collateralized Financing includes all kind of financing transactions where security collateral is involved – from repo /reverse repos / security lending to pledges / guarantees, and derivatives (like forwards, total return swaps).

What you can expect from us

• Support in organizational topics, such as management reporting and data analysis.
• Support the team in creating client presentations and documentation of transactions.
• Ongoing work on advanced excel-based data bases.
• Get insights into pricing and documentation.
• Learn about different client solutions and regulatory drivers.

What we expect from you

• Study in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or Law or related studies.
• Interest in investment banking and the financial markets business in general.
• Ability to work within a demanding and dynamic team environment while maintaining attention to detail, even under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and solution driven attitude.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Programming skills in VBA are a plus.
• Knowledge with regards to derivative products is a plus.
• Analytical and conceptual abilities such as the ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way.
• Very good English and German language skills.

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage.
