Are you looking for a working student role that offers responsibility and real insight into the supply chain and logistics? At Hill’s in Hamburg, you’ll play a key supporting role in the Customer Service & Logistics team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations as well as strategic projects across the entire DACH region.
Whether it’s demand and delivery planning or cross-team coordination with partners: you’ll be the link that keeps everything running smoothly. Put your organisational skills to good use for up to 20 hours a week and play an active role in shaping our logistics processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Operational and project-related support: Active involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service & Logistics team, e.g. takeover of project-related and ad hoc tasks, as well as support with product portfolio management and product adaptations in connection with new product launches
- Inventory and data management: Preparing daily stock availability reports, reviewing and analysing stock discrepancies (including cross-checking between SAP and the warehouse management system), and managing and reviewing returns reports and price lists for new products
- Cross-functional coordination: Acting as the central point of contact for internal departments (Marketing, regional CS&L teams abroad) and external partners (warehouses, transport companies, customer service) to improve logistics processes and ensure communication regarding portfolio transitions
- Contribution to strategic initiatives: Supporting the Demand Planning Team in achieving target KPIs and assisting with the implementation of projects
- You are enrolled for at least another year
- You have strong numerical, analytical and logical thinking skills
- You are comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel; experience with SAP R3/APO is an advantage
- You have a good understanding of the entire supply chain process
- You communicate effectively across different departments within the company
- You have the ability to analyse complex issues and make appropriate decisions
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
