Join our Fabasoft Xpublisher team in Munich!

Your Mission

  • You support our marketing and sales team in their day-to-day operations and take on a variety of organizational and administrative tasks.
  • You contribute to the creation, maintenance, and preparation of presentations, sales materials, and marketing materials.
  • You assist with researching market and competitor information as well as preparing customer data.
  • You support the maintenance of CRM data, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internally with various teams.
  • You contribute your own ideas and help continuously improve our sales and marketing processes.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with a focus on marketing, communications, business, media, or IT.
  • You are interested in marketing, sales, and digital solutions in the publishing environment.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics.
  • You are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, and initial experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • You have very good German and good English language skills.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
