To support our team in Data Platform & Business Analytics, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for our Darmstadt location.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of operational dashboards
- Maintain and further develop existing platform training materials, including the addition of explanations for new functionalities
- Process incoming tickets and support the resolution of questions related to the platform and its applications
- Contribute to operational and analytical topics within Data Platform & Business Analytics
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Informatics or a comparable field with a focus on IT, data, and business processes
- Strong interest in data-driven topics, Business Analytics, and digital platforms
- Initial knowledge of SQL is considered a plus
- First experience with dashboard development, modern data platforms such as Databricks, or the interaction between analytics and AI solutions, for example in the context of Celonis and MyQ, would be an advantage
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Analytical mindset, quick understanding, and enthusiasm for learning new topics
- Strong team spirit as well as clear and solution-oriented communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
