These are your tasks:
- You support the operation and further development of the Market Intelligence tool by maintaining structures, templates and user permissions, and by ensuring correct access and tool governance.
- You coordinate external market studies, work closely with service providers and integrate new datasets into the MI environment.
- You ensure data quality through validations, plausibility checks and regular updates, and you document processes, workflows and best practices.
- You build and refine dashboards, widgets and visualizations (e.g., in Cedura), create accompanying reports and contribute to recurring insights as well as ad‑hoc analyses. Furthermore, you provide guidance and onboarding sessions for tool users and automate data processes using AI or chatbots.
- You support the Business Development and Partners team with ad‑hoc requests.
- You are enrolled in a relevant study program such as Economics, Data Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Digital Business, UX Design, Strategic Management or a similar field, and you communicate confidently in German (min. B1) and English (min. B2).
- You enjoy working with data, from collection to analysis and visualization, and you approach tasks with a structured, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
- You are keen on creating clear and user‑friendly dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, applying UX/UI principles to ensure a logical structure, intuitive navigation and engaging visual storytelling.
- You ideally have initial experience with Market or Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query) and are familiar with key market research concepts such as competitor benchmarking, market KPIs and segmentation logic.
- You can benefit from being familiar with data visualization best practices, SharePoint or similar documentation systems, and feel comfortable interpreting market and financial information.
