Als zuverlässige Unterstützung für unsere Recruiting Partner helfen Sie uns dabei, die richtigen Talente für Daiichi Sankyo zu finden und verantwortungsvoll Recruiting-Herausforderungen im lokalen und internationalen Umfeld zu meistern.

Angaben zur Tätigkeit

• Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
• Vorbereitung von Stellenausschreibungen
• Sichten von Lebensläufen und Vorqualifikation von Kandidat:Innen
• Suche nach geeigneten Kandidat:Innen mittels Active Sourcing auf LinkedIn sowie in unserer eigenen Datenbank / Talent Community
• Vorbereitung von Assessment Centern für Führungskräfte
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung wichtiger Recruiting Schritte und Dokumente wie bspw. Genehmigungen für Vertragsangebote, Zusammenarbeit mit HR Operations für das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:Innen
  
  

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen

• Immatrikulation in einem Studienfach wie Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Wirtschaftsrecht, HR-Management oder vergleichbar
• Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung in Sourcing, Recruiting oder Human Resources
• Bestenfalls Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Interesse in einem internationalen HR-Umfeld mitzuwirken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
