What You'll Do:
As a Customer Success Intern, you will support our Customer Success team in managing and growing relationships with retail eCommerce partners across the DACH region. During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in client success, retail media, business analytics, and partnership management while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Analytics, Operations, Product, and Technical Solutions.
- Support the Customer Success team in managing a portfolio of retail eCommerce partners
- Monitor and analyse retailer performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support business growth
- Assist in preparing business reviews, performance reports, and client presentations
- Help identify opportunities to improve retailer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term partnership success
- Collaborate with Analytics, Demand, Product, and Technical teams to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives
- Participate in strategic discussions around retailer growth, adoption of new solutions, and revenue opportunities
- Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and the development of customer success best practices
- Contribute to process improvement projects, documentation, and operational excellence initiatives
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available for a full-time, 6-month internship based in Munich, Düsseldorf, or Berlin
- Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English in a professional environment
- Interested in Customer Success, Account Management, Retail Media, eCommerce, Digital Advertising, or AdTech
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful business insights
- Organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and international environment

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Vertrieb in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
