Are you searching for a mandatory internship at an international consulting company for 5-6 months, beginning January/February 2027?

We stand as one of the premier healthcare consulting firms, with a focus on Emerging Markets including Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the CIS. Our expertise spans across various sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Over-The-Counter (OTC) products, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, and Aesthetic Medicine.

Tasks


  • Support the coordination and execution of international consulting and business development projects.

  • Assist in project planning and organization, including meeting preparation, documentation, and task tracking.

  • Support the management in planning and participating in international business meetings.

  • Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis  for our clients in the healthcare industry.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as content creation for the company website, social media management, and conducting website performance analysis.

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree with a mandatory internship (min. 20 weeks).

  • Strong interest in Consulting, Business Development, International Project Coordination, Marketing, as well as Pharma Industry.

  • International study/work experience, intercultural competence and language skills: proficiency in English is mandatory (equivalent to C1), knowledge of German, Spanish and other languages is an advantage.

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Willingness to work with real project responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Readiness to work independently and proactively.

  • Your personality is more important than your professional experience.

  • Please attach proof of a mandatory internship with your application.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Beratung in Berlin für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
