What should you bring along?
- Studies in business administration, information systems, social sciences or a comparable field.
- First practical experience with business model development, controlling, mobility, innovation or strategy is beneficial.
- Calculating and communicating strategic or innovative initiatives is a plus.
- Analytical and structured thinking as well as creativity and a can-do mentality.
- Conversational German and business fluent English.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Vertrieb in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
