Your Tasks
As a Working Student in the Global Consumer & Market Insights team, you will be an integral part of a global function that helps shape business decisions through consumer understanding, data, and insights.
You will support key strategic initiatives across consumer research, insight activation, knowledge management, and AI-powered ways of working.
- Coordinate and improve the Beiersdorf Consumer Academy and the internal insights platform.
- Support a global Category Usage & Attitude study through workshops, data synthesis, insight generation, and actionable recommendations.
- Use Copilot and other AI tools to scale consumer insights and advance AI-enabled ways of working.
- Improve project and knowledge management tools through data insights, user adoption, and efficient research processes.
- Conduct desk research and meta-analyses to identify trends, consumer needs, and business opportunities.
- Support ad hoc projects and daily activities while building expertise in consumer insights, market research, data storytelling, brand health, and AI.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, take ownership from day one, and contribute to projects with visible business impact.
Your Profile
- Enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Curiosity, proactivity, digital affinity, and enthusiasm for understanding consumers and translating data into business action.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and eagerness to learn and grow through close collaboration and coaching by experienced Consumer & Market Insights professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a diverse, international team.
- Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.
- Passion for consumer understanding, storytelling, and consumer-centric thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- High digital affinity and confidence using AI-powered tools; experience with prompts, agents, automations, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI ecosystems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Initial experience in market research, data analytics, marketing, consulting, or a related field is an advantage.
- You are available immediately.
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
