Your Tasks

From your first weeks you will work alongside our Global Brand Managers and Global Marketing Coordinators bringing real consumer innovation to life.

  • Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, competitors and cultural developments, turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support the creation of campaigns, content and launch materials from briefing through execution
  • Contribute to community management by engaging with consumers and translating feedback into insights
  • Proactively bring in fresh ideas, pitch concepts and help drive creative initiatives forward
  • Assist Global Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators in coordinating projects, launches and limited editions to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as a link between global and local teams by preparing and sharing toolkits and launch materials for flawless market execution
  • Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field
  • You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, digital culture and are comfortable using common tools for content, design, and collaboration
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership when it comes to managing timelines and keeping projects on track
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
  • Fluency in English is essential, as it is our primary business language, additional languages are a strong plus
  • You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to deliver meaningful, high-quality work
  • Previous experience in beauty, FMCG or lifestyle industries is an advantage, but not required
  • You are available immediately

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
