Working Student Internal Audit (all genders)

About The Role

We are looking for an Working Student to ensure audit engagements are executed as planned and finalized effectively, while aligning with the corporation’s strategic objectives. The role requires consideration of key initiatives such as TOM, Apollo, and restructuring efforts to provide comprehensive and business-relevant audit insights.

What you will do

• You support creating and maintaining audit guidelines and the audit manual, preparing audit reports
• You support the ongoing risk assessment
• You support drafting an annual risk-based audit plan as well as monitoring the implementation of action plans (follow-up process) of audited units
• You gather and assess information required for preparation of audit engagements
• You support conducting audit assurance engagements and consulting engagements
• You support planning and holding kick-off meetings, status updates, and exit-meetings with auditees
• You support the audit quality assurance and improvement program
  
  

What you’ll need to succeed

• Ongoing studies in economics, business administration, or law, or a related field
• Prior experience in internal audit, external audit, or similar is a plus
• Prior experience in analyzing business processes is a plus
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Eagerness to learn and to productively contribute to internal audit goals
• Good communication skills
• Good German and English proficiency
• Willingness to travel approx. 30%
