ABOUT US

Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Working Student Relocation Specialist (all genders), you will join our People team and take ownership of something that genuinely matters: making sure every new Avelios hire lands in Munich without the added stress of navigating the rental market on their own. You’ll help build a relocation experience that reflects the level of support we want to offer our employees beyond their first day at work. This is a new function with real freedom to build it your way, from the relationships you create to the processes you put in place.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go-to Contact for New Hires: You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues relocating to Munich, supporting them hands-on throughout their apartment search - from understanding the rental market and exploring neighbourhoods to reviewing listings and preparing for viewings.

  • Network Building: You'll proactively build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property management companies, and landlords across Munich, so we have reliable contacts to draw on as we grow.

  • Resource Creation: You'll develop practical materials for incoming team members, including neighbourhood guides, rental market overviews, and moving checklists.

  • Process Ownership: You'll help shape and document the relocation process as we scale, working closely with Recruiting and People Ops to ensure a consistent experience for every new hire.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled student at a university, preferably in Business, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field

  • Initial experience in operations, customer-facing roles, or real estate is a strong advantage; startup or scaleup experience is a plus

  • Strong communicator with a structured, proactive way of working

  • Fluency in German and English

YOUR BENEFITS

  • Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership

  • Flexible working hours

  • Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback and high chances to transition into a full-time role if the collaboration is successful

  • An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios

  • Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs

  • A monthly meal allowance up to 75 euros, and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas
