About This Role
Based in Berlin, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (Werkstudent) in Knowledge Management for Customer Service (m/f/x). Put aside your experiences or perceptions of customer service — at Audible, we are building the future of AI-powered self-service at global scale.
In this role you will support the Global Knowledge Management team in creating, localizing, and maintaining AI-optimized support content across multiple platforms and marketplaces. You will play a key role in enabling our expansion into Arabic-speaking markets (21 countries) while building practical AI and technical skills in content automation, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization. You will work alongside experienced content strategists, AI specialists, and localization experts in a fast-moving, international team.
About You
You are a curious, technically minded person who is excited about AI and how it is transforming content creation and knowledge management. You enjoy working with language and technology in equal measure and bring strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working in an international environment, proactive in seeking clarity, and eager to learn how AI tools and automation can make knowledge work faster, better, and more scalable.
As a Working Student — Knowledge Management & AI Content Operations (Arabic), you will...
- Create, update, and localize support content for Help Center, internal knowledge bases, and AI-powered channels (chatbot, agent assist) — with focus on Arabic-speaking markets (21 countries)
- Use AI tools to draft, optimize, and format content across multiple surfaces — applying prompt engineering techniques to improve output quality
- Build and test basic AI workflows and automation for repetitive content tasks (alerts, formatting, cross-marketplace publishing)
- Support AI-assisted localization workflows: coordinate AI first-pass translations, validate quality, and flag marketplace-specific adaptation needs
- Validate and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and regulatory compliance — applying AI governance standards
- Support product launch content readiness by gathering requirements and creating/updating content within defined timelines
- Maintain content across platforms ensuring consistency between Help Center, CS Assistant, and AI surfaces
- Track content performance metrics (usage, helpfulness) and flag improvement opportunities based on data
- Document AI workflows, automation processes, and best practices; contribute to team knowledge sharing and training

Basic Qualifications
- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master program (Computer Science, Information Science, Communications, Linguistics, or related field) in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028
- Business fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Quick Suite, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering for content creation, automation, or workflow optimization
- Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or similar) OR strong willingness to learn with demonstrated technical curiosity
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills (German, French, or other) are a plus
- Basic experience with data tools (Excel formulas, pivot tables, SQL basics) for tracking metrics and efficiency gains.
- Experience building or customizing AI workflows, chatbots, or basic automation tools.
- Familiarity with API concepts and how content systems integrate (REST APIs, webhooks — conceptual - understanding).
- Understanding of AI governance concepts: quality standards, confidence scoring, and validation frameworks for AI-generated content.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or experience maintaining structured web content.
- Familiarity with HTML, JSON, or structured content formats.
- Interest in or understanding of localization processes and cultural adaptation.
- Previous experience in customer service, knowledge management, or technical writing.
