Founder Torsten Toeller continues to serve as owner and majority shareholder. From our headquarters in Krefeld, we manage a constantly expanding international network of over 2,880 Fressnapf and Maxi Zoo stores, supported by more than 20,000 passionate employees (incl. franchise partners) from over 50 nations. While most German stores are operated by independent franchise partners, our locations in other European countries are fully company-owned. With our vision “Happier Pets. Happier People.”, we offer customers a seamless omnichannel experience across stores, online shops, and digital services. Our product range includes top brands from all price categories as well as exclusive private-label products available only at Fressnapf | Maxi Zoo.
