Key Responsibilities

The work model for the role is:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Audio processing tasks: Working with audio files, implementing preprocessing techniques, and experimenting with transcription methods
• Domain alignment: Creating and organizing domain-specific terminology databases, including synonyms, informal expressions, and contextual variations
• Data collection and annotation: Gathering and labeling linguistic data to support AI model training and validation
• Testing and evaluation: Implementing validation methods to assess the quality and effectiveness of developed solutions
• Documentation: Clearly documenting code, methodologies, and experimental results
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Chemical Engineering with practical exposure to AI & ML.
• Programming experience in Python
• Basic understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts
• Knowledge of NLP frameworks and tools (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
• Experience with Large Language Models or language model APIs
• Familiarity with data handling and text processing
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
  
  

Desirable qualifications:

• Practical exposure to industrial processes is highly valued (e.g., previous internship in manufacturing / chemical industry with close contact to daily operations)
• Experience with audio processing libraries (e.g., librosa, PyAudio)
• Exposure to version control systems (Git)
• Experience with agile working methods
• Multilingual background or experience with terminology management
• Previous internship or project experience in AI or data science
