Tesla’s Indirect Procurement team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization. As a Procurement Intern, you will work closely with our team and assist in various tasks related to procure to pay process, sourcing and data analysis.

What You'll Do

Mapping new suppliers and introductory calls to explain scope on coming RFPs

Maintenance of contracts based on commercials

Prepare documents drafts for RFPs

Collect specifications and requirements from business stakeholders for RFPs

Help with suppliers ‘proposals cost analysis and business cases draft

Support preparing slides for results meetings and spend reviews

What You'll Bring

Preferably studying a related field like Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing

Previous experience with purchasing processes from another internship preferred

Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment

Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented

Team player

Fluency in English. German knowledge will be of advantage
