Your Mission

As a Working Student Office & Team Assistance (all genders), you support the day-to-day operations of our office and help ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your role focuses on keeping operational topics organised and reliable so that the team can focus on their work. You will collaborate with different teams across the company and gain hands-on experience in how operational topics support a growing organisation.

Your Impact:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as a reliable point of contact for internal requests
• Take ownership of office management topics (supplies, workspace organisation, coordination with vendors and service providers)
• Support the planning and execution of team events and internal gatherings
• Handle operational office and people topics reliably, including ordering, organising, and ensuring that day-to-day requirements are taken care of
• Help maintain a structured and well-organised work environment
  
  

Your DNA

• You are currently enrolled at a university and will remain enrolled for at least 12 more months
• You in Berlin, able to be regularly on-site, and available for 15–20 hours per week
• You work in a structured and reliable way and follow through on tasks
• You are hands-on and comfortable with operational work
• You notice when things are missing or not working and take care of it
• English at a native or expert level is required; German is a strong plus
