Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Soventra Systems
Soventra Systems builds orientation and evidence-organization solutions for regulated operators, with an initial focus on energy and water utilities in Germany.
We help teams connect requirements, measures, documents, and effectiveness evidence in a structured way - without acting as an auditor, certification body, or provider of legal advice. Core analysis is designed for local processing and data sovereignty; confidential operational or customer documents are not used as content in cloud CRM workflows.
- Soventra is in soft launch / market validation. Online workshops and readiness-oriented formats are part of our go-to-market path; they provide orientation only and do not constitute audits, conformity assessments, or legal opinions.
Role Description
Working Student Marketing & GTM (m/w/d) — part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week), Munich / hybrid.
You support the founding team in Soft-Launch marketing and go-to-market for Soventra: positioning, messaging, and outreach to energy and water utility stakeholders in Germany.
Day-to-day work includes assisting with content (presentations, one-pagers, website/soft-launch copy), preparing materials for workshops and readiness-oriented formats, and supporting campaign execution on digital channels (esp. LinkedIn). You will also help with market and competitor research, turn feedback into actionable insights, contribute to sales-enablement collateral, support event coordination, maintain simple contact lists/reporting, and keep communication clear, claim-safe, and aligned with Soventra’s trust- and security-focused brand.
Qualifications
• Foundational marketing skills: GTM basics, audience segmentation, simple campaign planning
• Strong written German for B2B professional audiences; solid English for research and bilingual drafts
• Ability to create clear, structured content (presentations, web/soft-launch copy, one-pagers)
• Structured research on markets, public regulatory topics, and competitors—summarized into practical recommendations (no legal conclusions)
• Comfort with digital tools (office suite, presentations, spreadsheets; basic CRM or list hygiene)
• Interest in critical infrastructure, information security, or regulatory topics (e.g. NIS2 / KRITIS) and willingness to learn domain specifics on the job
• Strong organization and attention to detail; consistent documentation; reliable deadlines
• Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g. business, marketing, communications, political science, information systems) and eligibility to work as a working student in Germany
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and comfort working in a small founding team
