Job Description
Your Role:
This role supports the day-to-day execution of Digital Platform Marketing activities across the EMEA region. The Working Student will also contribute to the development and adaptation of marketing content and campaigns across digital channels, help strengthen Invesco’s presence on partner platforms and third-party websites, and support performance reporting and analysis to generate insights for future activity. The role also offers exposure to cross-functional and international initiatives, providing valuable hands-on experience at the intersection of digital marketing, partnerships, and asset management.

Job Description
Your Role:

The Working Student will also contribute to the development and adaptation of marketing content and campaigns across digital channels, help strengthen Invesco’s presence on partner platforms and third-party websites, and support performance reporting and analysis to generate insights for future activity. The role also offers exposure to cross-functional and international initiatives, providing valuable hands-on experience at the intersection of digital marketing, partnerships, and asset management.
What you will be doing:
- Support the creation, adaptation, and execution of marketing content and campaigns across a range of digital formats and channels, including websites and social media.
- Monitor and analyse competitor marketing activities, with a particular focus on digital presence, content, and campaign approaches.
- Maintain and update recurring marketing content for private investors and help optimise Invesco’s presence across third-party platforms and websites.
- Assist with marketing reporting by tracking performance, identifying insights, and helping translate learnings into recommendations for future activities.
- Initial practical experience in the financial services industry and/or asset management is advantageous.
- A strong interest in marketing and creative work, ideally supported by initial practical exposure.
- Basic understanding of project coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
- Interest in digital and social media marketing within a professional services environment.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proactive, well organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Confident collaborating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors in an international environment.
