Working Student (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management

We are hiring a working student for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) EMEA. The SCM team is responsible for effective inbound and outbound logistics, management of logistic service provider, optimized EMEA inventory management, stable procurement and order management processes, import & export procedures, demo asset management, as well as ensuring compliance of operational standards. The goal is to ensure material availability for committed customer orders (Sales and Operation Execution).

Tasks

• Supporting the team in day-to-day operations


• Creating and monitoring analyses and reports


• Working in SAP


• Support within project activities


• Cross functional cooperation with international production sites, warehouse, order management

Requirements

• Student of industrial engineering, business administration with focus on supply chain management / logistics or related courses of study.


• Digital native and knowledge of common Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.


• Initial experience and knowledge in the use of SAP R/3 / MM / PP / IBP would be an advantage.


• Good analytical and communication skills. A good eye for presenting complex issues in an understandable way


• Sense of responsibility, reliable and shows own initiative


• Very good teamwork and cooperation skills


• Fluent English, basic German knowledge is an advantage


• Initial practical experience in the form of internships/work-study activities is advantageous.


• Enjoy challenges and working in a team in an international environment


• The position may require regular on-site presence in both office and warehouse, depending on business needs.
