Internship – Service & Quality Management (Digital Resilience & TPRM)

Your role

We're looking for an ambitious student to join our Service & Quality Management team within Chief Operating Office organization.

You'll Get To

• contribute to initiatives that strengthen the firm's digital operational resilience and risk management capabilities
• support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of resilience frameworks, policies and governance processes
• assist in the oversight of third-party and outsourcing arrangements, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• analyze data, prepare management information and develop insights to support decision making and risk reporting
• collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operational risk and compliance functions
• support control execution and quality assurance activities to help ensure effective risk management practices
• identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, digitalization and the responsible use of AI
• participate in strategic projects focused on enhancing service quality, client outcomes and operational effectiveness
• develop an understanding of the regulatory environment impacting financial institutions, including operational resilience and third-party risk management requirements
• build a network of mentors and business contacts while gaining exposure to senior leaders and subject matter experts
• attend training sessions and educational events designed to accelerate your professional development

Your team

You'll be working in our Service & Quality Management team in Frankfurt, reporting to Head Service & Quality Management ESE. The team supports the firm's objectives by promoting effective governance, strong service delivery standards and a resilient operating environment.

During The Internship, You Will Split Your Time Between

• Digital Resilience

Supporting initiatives that help the organization anticipate, withstand, respond to and recover from operational disruptions. You will gain exposure to resilience governance, regulatory developments, risk assessments, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Supporting activities that ensure third-party providers are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle. You will work with stakeholders to help oversee supplier risks, governance requirements, controls and regulatory expectations relating to outsourcing and external dependencies.

Your expertise

We're Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and is currently enrolled in, or has recently completed, a bachelor's or master's program
• is studying business, finance, economics, information systems, risk management, law, engineering, data analytics or a related discipline
• has an interest in operational resilience, digital risk, outsourcing, governance or financial services
• demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• has a good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• is a fast learner and interested in working with data, technology and emerging AI capabilities
• has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage
• can manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

• can demonstrate how the responsible use of AI can improve efficiency, decision making and business outcomes
