You'll make an impact by

• You support the Program Management Office by coordinating and driving smaller initiatives, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the SHERPA X program
• Building on this, you analyze, process, and visualize data using tools such as Power BI and Excel to enable data-driven decision-making
• Furthermore, you assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth PMO operations
• By continuously improving SharePoint-based solutions and digital workspaces, you help enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
• Finally, you contribute to process optimization by exploring and implementing workflow automation with scripting and low-code tools like Power Automate

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field, from the 3rd semester onwards
• Experience and Skills:
• You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are eager to learn new digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Automate
• You have a strong interest in project management, data analytics, digital transformation, and business process improvement
• You enjoy translating data-driven insights and innovative ideas into practical solutions within a team environment
• Ways of Working: You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Languages: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not required
