🚀 Your Mission

As a Working Student: Sales Development & Growth (m/w/d), you will:

  • Support our Account Executives in building their pipeline by researching target accounts, identifying relevant companies and contacts, and spotting potential buying signals.
  • Pre-qualify inbound leads and help turn marketing contacts into sales-qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Conduct market and account research across industries such as retail, manufacturing and consumer goods and support our team with relevant insights.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and up to date - from maintaining data quality to supporting pipeline reporting and sales activities.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns, webinars, events and targeted outreach activities.
  • Work with modern sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and learn how a professional B2B software sales organization operates.

🧠 What You Should Bring

  • Above all: genuine motivation and curiosity. Experience is a plus, but your willingness to learn, take ownership and develop matters more to us.
  • Current enrollment in business administration, economics, marketing, information systems or a related field.
  • First practical experience through internships, student initiatives or previous working student roles is a plus - but not a must.
  • A hands-on and structured way of working, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with different people and stakeholders.
  • Fluent German (C1+) and good English, spoken and written.
  • Curiosity for software, data, e-commerce and B2B sales - and the motivation to learn more about them.

✨ What You Can Expect

  • A structured onboarding and personal development plan with regular feedback - we actively invest in your growth from day one.
  • Hands-on mentoring by experienced Account Executives and the opportunity to learn modern B2B sales methodologies and tools directly from the team.
  • A real and proven career path from Working Student to Junior AE and eventually Senior AE. We promote from within and give people who show initiative the opportunity to grow with us.
  • The freedom to discover where your strengths lie - whether in sales development, CRM, sales operations, marketing or eventually closing your own deals.
  • Deep insight into enterprise B2B software sales - from the first touchpoint and lead qualification all the way to a closed deal.
  • A dedicated learning & development budget for trainings, certifications and conferences.
  • Flexible working hours of 16–20 hours per week that fit around your studies, with a hybrid setup based at our modern office in Langenfeld near Düsseldorf.
  • Flat hierarchies and an open company culture where you can take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and continuously develop.
