Job Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Working Student – Digitalization, you will support the Digitalization team at Magna Electronics in shaping, implementing, and operating scalable digital initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and SG&A. The role offers hands-on exposure to AI, data, and digital platforms while contributing to real business value in a global automotive environment. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders and actively support our new Digitalization organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the identification, documentation, and structuring of digital and AI use cases
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support digital initiatives
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and documentation of data models and data flows
• Support AI governance activities, including use case intake and value assessment
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and internal communications
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and initiatives to promote digital literacy
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data, and AI
• Analytical mindset with a structured and reliable working style
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage

• Basic understanding of data, analytics, AI, or software development
• Initial exposure to AI or other modern digitalization tools
• High motivation to work in a matrix-driven, international environment
