We’re a fast-growing Special Projects team at Entrix working independently on a new platform. We’re building a product that connects to distributed energy systems and enables real-time asset management and market participation. We move fast, take ownership across the board, and care deeply about doing things right - from the foundations we're building today to the way we show up in the market tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable business expansion.
• Own the rollout of the systems that make us fast and turn our ways of working into a competitive advantage as we scale.
• Support marketing & communications initiatives, including preparing our presence at trade fairs and industry events, and leading the rebranding of internal and external documents, templates, and materials.
• Take a hands-on role in business development and sales - from prospect research and lead qualification to preparing commercial materials and supporting customer conversations.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects that shape how we scale the company and accelerate our impact across Europe’s evolving energy landscape.
  
  

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• You have already completed a Bachelor’s and/or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field at a top university.
• You have experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, consulting, venture building, or a high-growth company.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and can quickly grasp complex concepts and market dynamics, allowing you to make data-driven decisions across commercial, operational, and strategic topics.
• You work independently and reliably, taking full ownership of your responsibilities while proactively driving initiatives forward.
• You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where collaboration is key.
• You set high standards for your work, approaching tasks with a structured, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
  
  

Skills to Set You Apart

• Prior experience in consulting, venture building, startup operations, or a Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff-type role.
• You excel working in an entrepreneurial environment where building processes, relationships, and value go hand in hand.
• Familiarity with the energy sector, B2B SaaS, or other regulated industries is a plus.
