We are looking for a HR Intern based in Bonn, Germany.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

As an HR Intern, you will become an integral part of our regional team, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Health & Wellbeing and Engagement, and collaborate closely with a passionate HR community across Europe. You will contribute to impactful projects; help shape the future of our HR landscape and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

• Contribute to key regional projects that shape the future of our HR function, such as the implementation of a new recruiting system or the roll-out of a new yearly performance assessment tool
• Support and strengthen our regional communication strategy by creating engaging materials using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and other design platforms.
• Bring fresh ideas and explore the use of AI-based tools to enhance our ways of working, boost efficiency, and improve collaboration.
• Support process innovation by helping to digitalize and optimize workflows across the HR function.
• Deliver valuable insights through data analysis to enable informed decision-making and support regional leadership.
  
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• Student preferably in Human Resources/ Economic/ Management / Business Administration
• Fluent in English
• A passion for HR topics, especially Talent Management, Engagement, Health & Wellbeing
• Strong communication and strong Power Point skills
• Curiosity to explore new technologies, especially AI
• A structured and proactive working style
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
• Accuracy, timeliness and reliability in all aspects of HR support.
• Intercultural sensitivity and language skills.
• Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
