Our newly opened Innovation Center in Dortmund is dedicated to R&D, technical service, and marketing. Here, we are conducting research on new and sustainable technologies like electric mobility.


Key responsibilities 🧪


  • Slurry formulation and rheological optimization for high-precision coating via doctor blading and slot-die techniques
  • Precision assembly of battery cells in controlled environments, such as gloveboxes or dry rooms
  • Execution and evaluation of battery material tests in strict accordance with OEM norms and international standards
  • Systematic documentation and analysis of experimental data to support scientific decision-making and enhance technical presentations
  • Coordination of laboratory operations including inventory management



Your profile 🌟


  • Currently enrolled in a university at MSc level, studying chemical/mechanical/polymer engineering or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in material synthesis and multi-step purification
  • Expertise in battery application methods is a plus
  • Analytical thinking skills to correlate structure to performance properties and draw conclusions from data
  • Cooperative working style and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Familiarity with and strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols
