WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the Private Equity Group (PEG) team with staffing planning and resource allocation
- Manage weekly feedback surveys
- Assist the team with HR and Professional Development preparations
- Create reports and summaries on various Private Equity Practice topics
- Help organize PEG and HR events and handle general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update staffing tool data
- Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of databases and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible, well-organized, and a strong communicator
- A structured, forward-thinking mindset
- Available to work 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks, by arrangement)
- You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment
- Prior experience in HR is a plus
