Role Description The Corporate Finance & PE Intern will support deal execution and investment activities by assisting in financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of presentations and investment memoranda. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and updating financial models, analyzing industry and company data, and supporting due diligence processes for private equity investments and corporate finance mandates. The intern will collaborate with team members on identifying investment opportunities, preparing client materials, and contributing to strategic discussions across Financial Services, HealthTech, and B2B Tech sectors. This is an internship role and is structured as a remote position, offering exposure to international transactions and collaboration with global partners.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Analysis skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of how to work diligently and take the lead for workstreams.
- Strong proficiency in Claude / AI tools, Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is required.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in private equity, corporate finance, and technology-driven business models as indicated through previous internships.

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
