💼 Position: Working Student, Accounting - Germany

📍 Location: Düsseldorf (option to work hybrid after training period)

In the role of the Working Student, Accounting, you will support our team in managing and maintaining our financial and accounting processes. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and further develop your skills in a professional environment. This role is ideal for students who are looking to gain initial insights into accounting and want to apply their skills in a dynamic company.

✨ YOUR MISSION:

• Assisting with entry and posting of invoices and transactions
• Assisting with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Data Maintenance in our accounting system (SAP4/Hana)
• Assisting with preparation of payment runs
• Assisting with accounts receivable dunning letters
• Verification of travel expenses (Concur)
• General administrative tasks in the accounting department

🧩 YOUR PROFILE:

• Enrolled student in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ideally, experience with SAP or comparable accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent written and spoken German; good knowledge of English
