People & Finance Intern (f/m/x)

To support across various projects, we are looking for a People & Finance Intern (f/m/x).

As part of the People, Operations & Finance Team, you will proactively communicate across teams to unblock work and drive projects forward, by suggesting practical improvements to processes and tools that scale with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize people operations processes, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
• Support financial and administrative workflows, including invoicing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of operational processes, including customer invoicing and related financial workflows.
• Provide support across business functions, including coordination of office operations, internal events and IT processes.

Your profile

• Studies or background in Business, Finance, Economics or related.
• Strong communication skills and a service mindset.
• Fluency in German & English (C1 level).

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
