You'll make an impact by

• You support the Program Management Office in creating transparency around facts and figures related to our projects and programs, utilizing automation solutions to streamline processes
• By working with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, you help develop and optimize workflows and digital solutions, while also assisting in the creation of Power BI reports for data-driven decision-making
• Furthermore, you apply your knowledge of Python, using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SharePlum, selenium, and openpyxl to contribute to data analysis, Excel processing, and SharePoint interactions
• In addition, you help the team navigate their projects and identify tailored solutions for business units, ensuring the transformation progresses effectively

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Process Management, Information Science or a similar IT-related field
• Experience and Skills:
• You have knowledge of programming languages, especially Python
• Ideally, you already have experience with automation solutions such as PowerApps, Power Automate and visualization tools like Power BI
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ways of Working: You demonstrate reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and outstanding collaborative and communication abilities within international teams
• Languages: You have excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
