As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our Solution Development team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with IT/OT projects that support RWE Renewables across the entire value chain, including Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Solar, and Battery technologies. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the ambitious growth plans of RWE’s Growing Green Strategy while enhancing your technical expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. About The Role

• Support the design, development, and improvement of modern software applications and services
• Contribute to frontend development using React / TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, scrum masters, UX/UI experts, and other solution developers
• Assist in debugging, testing, and improving application performance and reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and knowledge sharing
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in clean code, testing, and version control
• Support the team in maintaining development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools
  
  

Job Requirements And Experience

• Ongoing studies in the field of Information Technology, Business Information Systems or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate)
• First practical experience in frontend software development (e.g. through university, personal, or internship projects)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, or modern web development
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to learn
• Ability to work independently in an international and collaborative environment
• Confident in speaking and writing in English
