Working Student – Accounting & Finance (all genders)

Your role

Sunday Natural is dedicated to creating high-quality, clean-label supplements. Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting every product launch, regulatory filing, and customer transaction across international markets. We are seeking a proactive Working Student to help manage our financial operations and drive process-automation initiatives in this purpose-driven scale-up environment.

• Accurately enter and reconcile incoming prepayments and bank transactions in our accounting system
• Handle finance-related tickets, process refunds, clarify payment inquiries, and coordinate with other departments as needed
• Work closely with Customer Service to resolve customer payment questions and follow up on outstanding issues
• Assist with day-to-day finance tasks and on going projects, including filing, documentation of processes, data maintenance any much more
• Support the Finance team with filing, organizing records, and updating financial data
• Contribute to projects aimed at streamlining and automating finance processes, helping us work more efficiently
  
  

Your profile

• Ideally available for at least one year at 20 hours per week, primarily on-site at our HQ, with the possibility of contract extension!
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of financial processes, bookkeeping, or accounting systems is a plus
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new tools and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, fluent in English; B2 German language skills
