With our work, we are training the next generation of impact entrepreneurs in innovative educational and fellowship programs.
The project you would be working on at The DO School Fellowships is beVisioneers - a global environmental Fellowship which starts with a 12-month hybrid-learning program that equips young adults with the training, expert support and resources to bring their planet-positive projects to life. Upon completing the intensive 12-month program, Fellows continue to receive support to scale their projects and develop their leadership skills.
About the role:
This is an exciting entry-level role designed for a student who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. As a Working Student in the Mentorship Team you will support the Mentorship Lead in daily administrative tasks, process coordination activities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the mentorship program, and handle first-line communication with our global network of mentors. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment where you’ll be mentored and exposed to impactful projects.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Mentorship Lead in day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly across mentor recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Help manage mentor data in tools like HubSpot, keeping everything organized and up to date, and create simple reports & insights
- Be the go-to person for mentor questions via email and help coordinate communication within the team
- Support community building, engagement activities, and events like webinars or mentor meetups
- Assist in improving and automating processes, especially around communication
About You
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
- A current student, preferably pursuing a Master degree in a related field (you must be enrolled to be considered)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A clear communicator who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI tools)
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- A team player with empathy and a collaborative mindset
- Passionate about mentorship, youth leadership, and creating positive impact
- Excellent English skills
