Job Description

Main tasks:

• Monitoring of Customs & Foreign Trade processes within the supply chain
• Support in operational import and export processes
• Creation of reports and statistics
• Processing of training materials and presentations
• Maintenance of the intranet presence
• Support in administrative tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in customs, foreign trade, and supply chain management.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes and international trade concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); fluent German language skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports and statistics.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
