Working Student (m/f/d) - Product Management

Come and join us as working student for Product Management Hardware here in Erlangen play a key role in supporting our product management team to develop and launch products on time.

What you will do

• Product Development Support:
• Participate, collaborate with engineering and design teams, when needed to track development progress.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management:
• Prepare and maintain product documentation (e.g. market specification requirement, label).
• Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with company standards.
• Organize and update internal knowledge bases for product-related information.
• Work with tech doc team, developers to provide the final user guides, service document and safety manual.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect and analyze product performance data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline documentation and development workflows.
• Support implementation of best practices in product management processes.
  

What you bring

Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Mechanical Engineer, Audiology, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• 100% working on site (Erlangen).
• Strong interest in product management and technology.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  
  

What we offer

The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
