Working Student/Intern - Human Resources/Recruiting

We’re now looking for a Working Student or Intern (HR) to support our Recruiting and HR Operations team and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR processes.

What you’ll do

• Organize and coordinate interviews (phone and on‑site)
• Serve as a scheduling and travel‑coordination contact for candidates and teams (DE/EN)
• Prepare employment contracts and related documents with HR Operations
• Support international hires with work permits and relocation topics
• Help plan internal and external recruiting events
• Contribute to special projects, including implementing Personio and integrating AI‑driven recruiting tools

What you bring

• Enrollment in a business‑ or HR‑related degree program
• Strong communication skills, reliability and sensitivity in handling HR topics
• Structured, organized working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset and ownership of your work
• Confident communication in German and English
• Tech‑savvy; experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio) or interest in AI in recruiting
