Your Role => Right Hand to the Founder
You're not here to "support." You're here to own.
The Why: Every hour I spend on ops, admin, or context-switching is an hour not spent on clients, partnerships, or building new things. You give me that time back — and you grow fast in the process.
Your Tasks
- Internal Ops, Optimize our Notion workspace — documents, templates, SOPs: Build systems so nothing falls through cracks.
- Hiring & Team: Prepare and run first-round interviews with applicants. Coordinate with freelancers and partners.
- Partner Management: Own communication with software partners and GTM Accelerator trainers.
- Keep relationships warm and productive.
- Product & Validation: Research, interview users, and validate product ideas. Help take them from concept to launch.
- GTM Accelerator: Project lead on our GTM Career Accelerator program — curriculum, operations, participant experience.
- Content & Marketing: Create LinkedIn content including carousels, playbooks, and lead magnets. Optimize and build case studies for our website.
Who You Are
→ You've built something. A side project, a failed startup, a scrappy internship where you did way more than your title. Something that proves you ship.
→ You're rigorous but fast. You can think clearly and structure problems — but you don't over-engineer.
→ You communicate directly. No fluff, no filler, no "just circling back." You say what you mean and you write clearly.
→ You're comfortable creating. Whether it's a Notion document, a LinkedIn carousel post designed in Figma, or a case study — you can turn ideas into polished output.
→ You use AI as a tool, not a crutch. You know when to prompt and when to think. You edit, you judge, you improve — you don't just copy-paste.
The Non-Negotiables
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) — German is a plus
- Tools: Comfortable with Notion, Figma, Google Workspace
- Basics: Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals
- Plus: You already created and shipped tools / built eCom products etc.
- Timezone: Overlap with GTM +/- 3hrs
