Working Student - Data & Automation/AI (m/f/d)

In this position, you will help us unlock efficiency gains by automating internal processes and helping us implement digital tools and AI. You will collaborate closely with different team members while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation. You will have a high degree of freedom, creativity, and room to experiment to discover opportunities for efficiency gains and value creation within MIRAI.

Tasks

• Build and maintain internal databases, CRM and reporting systems


• Automate internal processes using AI and automation tools


• Analyze, test, and implement digital tools and AI solutions


• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into automation workflows


• Stay up to date with AI developments and proactively identify new ways to increase efficiency and create value

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant field


• Experience with database management and CRM tools


• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital workflows


• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and low-/nocode automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n, Claude Code)


• Structured and independent problem-solving skills


• Ability to work with business teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Fluency in English; German is a plus


• Proactive, pragmatic, and eager to learn
