Performance Operations Intern (m/f/d)

At LionsHome GmbH, we operate one of the leading product discovery platforms in the Home & Living sector across Europe. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Intern to join our Operations team, directly supporting the Head of Operations in driving performance insights and strategy execution.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our Head of Operations and gain hands-on experience in performance analysis and strategic product operations. Your key tasks will include:

• Monitoring and reporting of key KPIs, product usage data, and performance metrics across multiple markets
• Assisting in building dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and management
• Conducting root-cause analysis of underperforming shop partners or product categories
• Preparing and sharing actionable insights and regular updates with leadership
• Helping to optimize / automate internal processes and reporting flows
• Assisting in operational tasks and team-wide initiatives
• Affiliate partner integrations and optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• A student enrolled student at any university (mandatory requirement) Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Passion for digital products, e-commerce, or performance marketing is a plus
