Intern Graphic Design (m/f/x)

Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past three decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we are looking for you as an Intern for our Graphic Design Team (m/f/x) full time.

Your Responsibilities

• Support with the design and development of visual materials for marketing campaigns, both online and offline (e.g. social media, newsletter, and website assets; POS; out-of-home advertising).
• Assist with planning and designing printed materials, including layouts, image editing and preparing print files.
• Attend internal planning and feedback meetings with the creative team.
• Support day-to-day operations such as preparing presentations, organizing digital assets and maintaining visual archives.
• Conduct research and contribute creative ideas across multiple design projects.
  
  

Your Profile

• Strong interest in fashion, contemporary culture and design, with a solid understanding of the Carhartt WIP consumer.
• Knowledge of trends and brand competitors in the fashion industry.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Able to work independently, reliably and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good command of written and spoken English (German is an advantage).
