The Role
We’re looking for a Working Student – Digital Graphic Design to join our creative team and bring our brands to life across marketing channels. You’ll create high-quality, performance-led visuals across social, paid campaigns, email, and web, helping simplify complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging designs.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where your work will be used daily across multiple brands and seen by thousands of patients.
What You’ll Own
- Create digital design assets for paid, organic social, email, and web
- Design clear, accessible visuals that simplify complex healthcare topics
- Work across three brands, adapting tone and style
- Develop illustrations and visual concepts that strengthen brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights
- Ensure assets are optimised for platform, format, and readability
- Motion design is a nice bonus, but not the main focus
What We’re Looking For
- Enrolled at a German university (Bachelor/Master), ideally with 1.5–2 years remaining
- Strong portfolio focused on digital graphic design and/or illustration
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition
- Confident in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects a plus)
- Good eye for social media and digital marketing design
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally
