Working Student People & Culture (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Support organizing employee records and presence/absence management (e.g. sick leave, absences, time tracking)
• Support recruiting process (first contact, interview scheduling)
• Support the preparation of HR documents (e.g. contracts, onboarding materials, compensation overviews)
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  
  

Your profile

• Currently enrolled for at least 2 more semester in a German university, preferably with a focus in Human Resource, Psychology or Business administration
• Preferably already some practical experience in personnel administration; initial experience in an international context is an advantage
• Experience in using modern HR software and in handling electronic personnel files
• Basic understanding of the labor law
• Communicative, happy to help colleagues with questions and like to contribute your own ideas
• Work in a solution-oriented manner
• Very good German and English skills are a must
