To further strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Copilot & AI Enablement in Product Management at our international headquarters in Hamburg. In this role, you will support the development of Copilot agents and help build the data and process foundation needed for scalable AI use in Product Management. You will work at the intersection of product processes, knowledge management, data structures, and practical AI application, helping the team work more efficiently, consistently, and future-ready.

Your mission:

• Support our Product Management team in building a scalable foundation for AI enablement
• Apply, structure, and maintain standard Product Management toolsets and processes
• Support the design, build, and continuous development of Copilot agents for selected Product Management use cases
• Connect, curate, and maintain knowledge and data sources as a reliable foundation for meaningful AI applications
• Help establish reusable data structures and workflows as preparation for future automation
• Contribute to lightweight documentation, best practices, and scalable implementation patterns across the team

Your profile:

• Student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable degree programme
• Curious about AI and interested in practical use cases in Product Management
• Structured and hands-on working style with a strong execution mindset
• Bonus: first experience with M365, Power Platform, or data modelling
