- 1st and 2nd Level Support for our global team
- Help manage and administer our infrastructure, servers, and network
- Get involved in IT projects: from rolling out new services to upgrading existing ones
- Set up and maintain workstations, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Create user documentation, communication and run internal trainings
- Studies or training in IT/ IT Support, computer science, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Windows servers & clients, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- A structured, independent working style and a genuine love for problem-solving with hands-on mentality
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Bonus points for experience with:
- Linux, virtualization, storage, backup, and networking
- Cloud platforms (Azure)
- Scripting, automation, as well as DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD, pro
- Project management
- Working in a first-class team
