You’ll join a team that helps bring our standard Danfoss Business System (DBS) tools to the next level. You will contribute to digital solutions that help the business drive improvements and create value across different processes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting project teams in identifying and capturing requirements from internal stakeholders to support the creation of effective AI-driven use cases.
• Supporting the design and development of digital tools using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to enhance and modernize our existing processes.
• Collaborating with our IT department to ensure the smooth technical integration of the solutions you help develop.
• Supporting the business in adopting new AI-powered ways of working to drive performance improvements.
• Working in a multicultural environment and participating in initiatives that have a global impact.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• We imagine you are in the process of completing a relevant Bachelor's degree or have just embarked on your Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, IT or Data.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hands-on experience or strong practical interest in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio - and you’re motivated to keep learning by building.
• You bring basic coding or automation skills and enjoy experimenting to find practical solutions.
• You have a foundational understanding of AI concepts, including prompting skills, and you’re curious about how large language models can be applied responsibly in real-world settings.
• You communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with others to turn ideas into usable outcomes.
